Photo transfer fail

I am trying to send a photo from my Samsung S7 to my Mac. I am following the steps on the S7 laid out here but nothing happens. It sends text OK to AirDroid on the Mac, but no photos. And no error message. Just a 0% overlaying the photo. What gives? Thanks.

Re: Photo transfer fail

Maybe you can try this way to transfer a photo from Samsung S7 to Mac via USB connecting cord via Samsung mobile manager tool. It can help us directly transfer all data like photos from Samsung mobile phone to computer.

A file transfer tool can be helpful to backup and transfer some important files, you can easily transfer photos from computer to pc.
