Remote through Phone Androidquestion

I know this apps for remote android device through computer.
But, with this application, the situation is :
Device A (no have sim card), Phone Android Lollipop.
Device B (have sim card), Phone Android Kitkat.
I just want to use Device A, is it possible for me to connect device B through device A over AirDroid?

Technically you can access device A via device B. Install AirDroid on device A, connect to the WiFi, open a browser on device B, go to web.airdroid.com and you can access device A. But you may find it's not user-friendly.

You can access device A on a computer's browser, with bigger screen. And if your device A is rooted, you can try AirMirror on AirDroid Win/Mac.
