Cannot connect web/win.question

Hello, I have two phones, a Lenovo A8 rooted and a Zopospeed 8 notrooted.
I have tried to connect from windows airdroid and from web airdroid and in both cases with both phones i am not able to connect.
From both phones i tried from the menu the diagnostic tool and everything is OK both from "start test" and "resign url"...
What do I have to try to do?

Hi,have you tried to check the network connection of your device,unlock or awake your device, and initiate AirDroid on your device?
