Hi There! My Samsung Galaxy 4 ACTIVE is stolen. I think a theef switched it off. Can I get location anyhow? I have also Samsung Dive, but it say ,,I canot conect the phone. Maybe any advice? Thks a lot in advance.

Sorry to hear that you've lost your phone.
Can you build the connection between your device and PC? If yes, you may try Find Phone feature to locate your device. But if the thief has cut off the network connection of your device, sorry that AirDroid cannot help you in getting the location of your device.
