Unable to delete old device

I can't delete my old device, both from android client or web.

On web, it appear deleted, but it's not and will appear again when I refresh the page.

Did you have that old device at hand? If yes, try signing out AirDroid on that device.
And any error message when you fail to delete the old device? Can you send us some screenshots?
