Fails to dial, Galaxy 4, droid v5.01, Win 7question

After installation everything works except dial. 
Example when looking at AirDroid's Contact card and selecting the phone handset icon, a popup window appears which displays 
"Calling-Please proceed to device."
The phone never recieved anything from AirDroid from this.
Is there a configuration window or something to setup?

Does this happen all the time? I just tried this but can't reproduce the issue. 

You call it on web.airdroid.com? What's the web browser?

Yes it happens all the time "Rebooted both devices."
The website on "http://web.airdroid.com/" is what I've tested. It's like the dial subroutine is all remarks for the dial function. Same for the keypad window.
On the Windows app "AirDroid.exe " there is no icon's for dial that I can find. I see only messaging.
App versions: 
    Google Chrome v42.0.2311.135 m "Current one"
    System is current on updates on Win 7, SP1.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 / 5.0 Jellybean
Browser: Firefox 37.0.2 at web.android.com
Popup appears saying "Calling-Please proceed to device."
Nothing happens on the device and call does not go through.
