There are errors in your released version 4.01, right? And we in the community - members and guests - should be done aware on this as soon as possible, so we do not lose time on fuss.
Now I have 66 days to consider if I should remain a premium member.
Since you do not answer my questions, I consider this matter of bugs in version 4.01 as closed – it's meaningless to go on.

Thanks for the continous feedback. But I'm a little bit confused on the information you gave to me:
The latest version of AirDroid is v3.1.2 which has been released on 5/22/2015. We didn't release v4.0.1 or v4.0.2.
I suppose that 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 you talked about are Android versions? If you see anything that makes you feel AirDroid has a 4.0.1 or 4.0.2 version, please send me a screenshot of it and I can explain that for you
And can the contacts load normally now? If you still have problems in loading contacts, pls also attach a screenshot. Thanks!
