5ghz connection

Using Linux 17.1 Airdroid was not connecting anymore to my galaxy s4
tried different browser no avail . Switching to win7 on the same computer
gave no problems. airdroid was working again
I found out that my wifi connection to the internet was on 5ghz
After switching back to 2,4ghz airdroid was working again on linux

Do you mean when your Internet is on 5ghz, you can't use AirDroid Web on Linux? And can use it on Windows?

When switching to 2.4ghz, you can use AirDroid Web on both Linux and Windows?

Can you build the connection when your Internet is on 5ghz with previous AirDroid version?
