I downloaded the app for Mac and my phone shows up as a connected device on the web version but the app version it says that there are no devices connected to my account when there should be. Not sure what the issue is. I signed into my account and signed out and tried multiple times.

Can you pls check if you're using same AirDroid account on your Mac and your phone?
