Surprised that https://web.airdroid.com/ doesn't work

I'm wondering why web.airdroid.com is not accessible over SSL/TLS? I really don't like the current setup where access details can be sniffed over the network.

Hi @ns408, the static resources in web.airdroid.om are over http, but all servers such as log in and other services are over https.

Our SMS can be sniffed on the way.

I am having a similar problem as another user: Airdroid has stopped working on my Mac Book Pro. I used ApCleanear to remove the old version, downloaded a fresh version and it is still DOA.
