I have a Premium account for more than one year and I used airdroid on two devices until now.
The last one is a Samsung Galaxy SM G901F, rooted, having all the Superuser settings in order. Until two-three weeks ago everything was working perfectly but lately, everything works except Screenshot.
I get connected to the phone, I can see sms, call logs, files, photos, I can even see through camera lenses, but when I try the Screenshot all I get is a white window. For a while there are the four dots running on the screen and after that it's only a white window. I will attach a printscreen of it.
I should mention that I didn't change nothing on the phone, no updates, nothing that could affect airdroid.
Can you tell me what should I do?
