Can't Access devices on web airdroidquestion

Can't access my devices on web airdroid. Only connect if the app is open on device. Brazil server problem I think.

i can not open airdroid web...please help me

I still can't conect the devices by the http://web.airdroid.com/ in brazil. I'm only connect using a ip from others countries. What is the problem?

People from countries like China ,India ,Brazil have complained the same. Maybe it has to be officially released in those countries.
