Airdroid support does not meet the Premium user!

Hello!
May 16, 2016 Airdroid made me Premium user without my consent, and now does not respond on my questions.
I send 3 e-mails: May 15 on pay@airdroid.com, May 20 on biz@airdroid.com and support@airdroid.com.
In the letter, I ask to turn off my premium account and give me back $ 19.99, as the payment was automatically deducted from my credit card without notice and confirmation.
Why Airdrop does not respond to uncomfortable questions?
