Hi,initiating a phone call is not supported on AirDroid Win/Mac

But you can initiate or end a call on the web browser. http://web.airdroid.com/
However, you still have to take your phone to speak and listen. AirDroid now does not support making the call immediately with the speakers and mic of computer.
