Very unstable...getting kicked off/dropped all day long, everyday

What can be done to fix this instability issue that started within the past 3+weeks...it may simply be coincidence, but it seemed to get worse when you started adding all of the new ads. You also did an "upgrade" within the past month which seemed to also coincide with these issue. In addition to being kicked off, it is now harder and longer to get back on...this is irritating and inefficient.
by instability i mean i get kicked off or dropped a dozen times or more a day.
