Huawei P9 Lite closes the connection when screen turned off

Hey,
I've just tried AirDroid on a Huawei P9 Lite (Android 6.0), but there seems to be some task killer or something similar integrated into the firmware. Everytime the screen turns off (timeout, power button) the AirDroid connection closes and I can't connect any more.

I've used the exact same AirDroid configuration that worked flawlessly on another phone.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the link. I guess it's most likely one of the the suggested things:
Disconnection caused by Doze mode (esp. Android version 6.0 and above)
Power saving mode causes disconnected of AirDroid
Failed to connect to AirDroid after restart
I'm going to try these settings and will report back.

Huawei: Device Manager>System optimization>setting>Whitelist >click “Memory cleanup whitelist”> tick AirDroid.
