Our server was temporarily down, so we had to close down for a quick maintenance. Apologies for any inconvenience. Now it’s back and running! You should be able to log in now!

Same issue. Installed the recommended security update and then my anti-virus (ESET) throws a warning about Secapk.F (variant) danger warning. So I uninstalled Airdroid and did another install TWICE and get the same virus warning.
For now I have Airdoid uninstalled until there's a response from Sand about this.

I use Airdroid all day long and love it but can't afford trojan or virus issues.

Failed to sign in. Please check your network. (-10002) - Same issue for Android and PC, Will not let me log in for the last two days. Please correct asap.

I had the same login issues from a Chrome browser.
Go into settings -> advanced -> Clear Browser data, and select "Cookies, and other website and plugin data."
Execute....
... and it fixed it for me.

I this is not working, try another browser (one you have not used with web.airdroid.com the last 2-3 days (i.e. since the last update).)
