Lilian appears when the issue is apparently resolved and then disappears when the problem comes back...why just not post a message saying they HAVE AN ISSUE and are trying to resolve?

sorry ... but is not working ....i have a login problem
and have the same problem on a android device
this problem i have from 3 days and now have the same problem

Same issue. Installed the recommended security update and then my anti-virus (ESET) throws a warning about Secapk.F (variant) danger warning. So I uninstalled Airdroid and did another install TWICE and get the same virus warning.
For now I have Airdoid uninstalled until there's a response from Sand about this.

I use Airdroid all day long and love it but can't afford trojan or virus issues.

I too have the exact same problem about network connection error -10002 with the Android app.
I desinstalled the app, then reinstalled it after a full clean.
