[HELP] AIRMIRROR KEEP FAILED TO DISCONNECTquestion

Dear Airdroid,
Recently i found an awesome apps for my security and it's you.
But my device can't connect to my laptop.
I reconnect it a few times and it seems futile.
Got any help ?
I'm using Lenovo a7000

But it says the Airdroid is connected and working

Where did i go wrong?
