3 differents devices, can't connectquestion

Hi,
i use Premium Airdroid and i connect my 3 devices to the same account but i've problem of connection even if i use wifi or 3g data.
- I've already tryed to use Web Lite without success and i try to access from a Windows PC and a iMac but nothing...
I can connect only if i open Airdroid manually on these phones before connect from the web.
My phones are: - Galaxy S7 Edge - Xiaomi MI MAX - ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe
Can you help me?

It seems that AirDroid has been stopped on the device.

If it fails again ,pls tell us your AirDroid so that we can give it a check?

Hi, it seems that the connection has been blocked within the network... Can you pls try to connect when the phone is using the mobile data?
