The applications do not send SMS (even after logging in to the web portal). The screen below appears, with a small moving envelope. After waiting for 5 minutes, nothing was sent. I have tried this severally, even restarted the application and the phone several times. Please help on resolving this. Everything else works fine, including receiving SMS.
