Frequent disconnectionquestion

Hi all
I am a paid user and using it for a month or so. My phone is Galaxy S 5 mini. And using Airdroid web from internet explorer.
It is really annoying that I get disconnected every 15 to 20 minutes. It gives the message "Service stopped by device".
Any fix up for this issues..?
