Having problems signing into AIRDROID direct via Windows.
Keep getting system error message: Unable to connect to server (-10802)
I have a new ASUS PC business laptop ($5,000+) running Windows 10 Home (64 bit).
I have a dedicated Internet broadband connection through ATT UVERSE.com.
Using Firefox Browser - 64.0.2 (64 bit).
I use the WiFi side my router to connect cell phone and PC over SAME NETWORK.
I believe i am using an outdated AIRDROID Desktop Client 3.6.0.0 file from AIRDROID - is this the correct file for my system?
My SAMSUNG Note 5 seems to be running your App without issues.
New user - can someone help?

Would you please try to quit Airdroid and retry?
If it doesn’t work,please try to change your DNS Sever address:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Gs5knX-j0IAfter finished this step,back to Airdroid and try to sign in.
