I just used Airdroid for the first time to move images from a Galaxy S7 to a Mac. The first batch of 45 photos showed up on the Mac with about a 25% failure rate. I was able to successfully resend most of the failed transfers. Then I tried a second batch of 82 photos. Airdroid dutifully attempted to send each one, but the failure rate was 100%. Is there any excuse for software as inferior as this?
