Airdroid does not work properlyquestion

You can find the log files here:
Phone:
/sdcard/airdroid/exception.log
SD Card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/
SD card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/main.log

Windows:
1. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\logs” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
2. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\exception” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.

If this issue showed up on Jan 4, then please forward files named by 20180104 to us.

And you send the log to us, would you like to install Airdroid and download again to see if it works?
