Text responses not showing up on web or desktop version

When I text using the web version or the desktop version. The person whom I text does not have a response on the screen, but my text are showing. I have to pick up the phone to see the response or quickly see it when the notification pops up. This does not happen with everyone, but only some of my contacts.

Please try to check the notification settings on your phone,if your phone's notification service,

it'll also can't receive the pop up notification.Please try as follow steps:

AirDroid > Tools > Desktop Notif. >Notification Mirror service > Switch to open (turn to Green)



And then try to receive the notification on your computer.
