I've ran into the same issue: paid Premium subscription, but account is still listed as Free User.

User email: remote@hirschandmann.com
Paypal email: orders@hirschandmann.com
Payment sent to Sand Studio Limited

Payment status: COMPLETED

@admin Can you please activate the Premium license ?
