I also had problems with turning on the camera via the Web Interface.
There is a process of endless loading of the image from the camera. Device Tablet Lenovo TAB 2. Android 5.0.1. The other elements of the interface work fine, except for the tool "Screenshot". It sometimes also hangs when connected (rarely). Two weeks ago everything worked perfectly, but now there are constant problems.

If not,would you please send us logs of your PC and cellphone so that we can check them out? It would be helpful if you could send us the transfer files size. (Kindly note that there is no personal data collected and the required info is for further checking the issue.)
The paths of finding logs are listed as below.
Windows:
1. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\logs” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
2. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\exception” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
If this issue showed up on Dec 10, then please forward files named by 20171210 to us.
Phone:
1. SD card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/main.log
