[Help & FAQ] Paid But Failed to Activate AirDroid Premium?

If you have purchased AirDroid Premium service, and have confirmed that the money has been taken from your PayPal account or credit card but you are not a Premium user yet, please send the following information to pay@airdroid.com

My paypal that i use to pay this premium 1 year licence is the order 20151120181337.
1 year premium licence.

Hi,

If you've purchased AirDroid Premium from airdroid.com, web.airdroid.com, AirDroid Windows/Mac, or from within AirDroid on your Android device, you'll not receive an Activation Code, because it's not needed - you'll be upgraded to Premium as soon as you complete the payment.

If it failed to upgrade to Premium account, would you please log out and log in again to see if it works?

You can also tell us your AirDroid account and Paypal account so that we can check it for you.

Hi,Would you please tell us more details about that?

It seems that you are Premium account now. And you can start enjoying the Premium account as long as you finish the payment.
