[Help & FAQ] Failed to connect to device?

There might be some expected interruptions such as unstable connection or sign in failure during/after this period. Please bear with us or reconnect.

When you connection failed, you can follow the troubleshooting guides to see if it works.



1. Check the network of your device.
2. Don't lock your device when you are connecting and wake it up.
3. Make sure that Airdroid is keeping running on the background, because sometimes it will killed by the phone's process. So, restart Airdroid on your device and connect it again.
4. If it fails again , you can try Lite mode if your device and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network and the IP address shown in AirDroid on your device.

Disconnection caused by Doze mode (esp. Android version 6.0 and above)
Power saving mode causes disconnected of AirDroid
Failed to connect to AirDroid after restart

Note:
1. If you have connected your device to 2G/3G/4G network, the network will be disconnected when you receive an inbond-call. Thus the connection between your device and PC/laptop will be interrupted. You may connect your device to WiFi network and try again.
2. If you're using AirDroid Win/Mac, the connection will be interrupted when the computer goes sleep. AirDroid will restore the connection automatically when the computer connects to network again.

Estou com o mesmo problema, so consigo conectar se tiver na mesma rede do aparelho

I can't connect a device in other Wifi Network only in the same since yesterday. What's the problem with the web.airdroid.com? This 3 users above have the same problem.

Ola, não consigo conectar utilizando a rede movel. Mesmo com a conta Premium.
Oque posso fazer?

The web.airdroid.com only connect a device in other network at a 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM since 13/10/2015. It1s not a local problem because there several users reporting the same problem.
