[Help & FAQ]Differences between sign in with HTTP & HTTPS

Now you can choose to sign in with HTTPS by ticking the box at bottom of the sign in page.

What’s the difference?

When you sign in with HTTP, the connection mode can be switched between remote and local mode.

However, when you choose to sign in with HTTPS, the connection mode will be automatically switched to remote due to the security structure and requirement of https.

Reason? Https uses certificate authentication which is stored in our server, hence it is required to be connected to server under https.
