Cannot connect on work lan using Android3

I used Android2 on my lan at work without any issues for many months. However since android3 was released, that no longer works. The only connection I can make is either using lite mode, making a direct connection from my desktop to my phone, or running the connection in remote mode, using my mobile data connection.
Strangely it works fine at home. Again using the web mode.

Any ideas ?
