Received SMS Not Displayingquestion

I am unable to see received SMS while using AirDroid Windows 3.3.5.3
I can see all SMS I sent.

I'm on an SM-G935T (T-Mobile) Samsung Galaxy S7Edge -- Android 6.0.1
