Can I turn off the update notification?

Hi, so I'm one of the people still on OSX Mountain Lion that can't open the current 'stable' release. It just crashes as soon as it opens, no error message. Airdroid 0.1.5.2 however does open, but it's constantly telling me to upgrade the client. It's really, really annoying. Does anyone know a way to turn off this update notification?

I'm guessing by the lack of responses, that there's no way to do this.
Has there been any progress is fixing the stable release for OSX Mountain Lion? or is 10.8.5 no longer supported by the developers?

Don't do the update it is actually still unstable and admin don't seem interested in fixing it

And would you please send us the log?
To get the log, try: create a file named log.dll in application support/airdroid/ And then open AirDroid and log in. And then Click Finder-->click Go-->Press Alt until Library shows--Click Library
