failed to connect to server (-10407)

Hi, I have a problem to connect to server at work (behind the proxy). Have tried to open port 8098 but airdroid tries to connect via 443 without authentication. Is the proxy setting available in airdroid 3?
Eventually what is the way to make it work even if proxy is on?

Please attach your logs and exceptions in the post.
Right click on AirDroid icon > Properties > click Open File Location > logs and exception. Compress the folders and upload.

what? why do you need any logs? the issue is pretty easy - your Win client doesn't support proxy settings in sign in/sign up wizard. I can't sign in and use app on my work machine as well

I have the same issue. Proxy authentication via a work internet connection.

Me too. AirDroid uninstalled (after 2 minutes!) as it's useless for me.

Is there any news on this? Suffering from it too with our http authenticated proxy server.

Same here. Need to add ability to connect through http: authenticated proxy.

There is a automatic proxy config in our network, but there is no option do configure or disable to use proxy in airdroid.
We have local wifi too(without proxy needs), but Windows ever prefer wired conection.
Please add this feature in next version, if too dificult (or need more time to do that) then add option to by pass proxy (-no-proxy) to workaround this bug.
