SMS Notifications Don't Showquestion

Using the Windows Desktop app, I don't receive notifications for any incoming SMS messages. Nothing appears in the lower right corner of my screen or is indicated on the floating widget for AirDroid. If I open the AirDroid interface completely, messages arrive and display without any problems. Any suggestions for fixing this? Here are my settings:

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've recorded this and the developers will look into this.

Same issue, it's random but consistent. Some SMS show notifications, some don't. Also, something to note, I've noticed certain contacts never show, whereas other contacts always show. For example, the other day I was receiving SMS notification fine, but SMS from my sister never generated a notification. Strange.
