Totally bamboozled after success...

How do I re-engage? I did have AirDroid for Win engaged and working. I use Windows 10. Cell is Huawei MT2L03. It worked like a dream. I said WOW! Then after that delight, as I recall, I may have rebooted the cell phone. Frankly I don't remember. Those things happen when you get to my age (75)! So now I can't get it to re-engage. I've gone thru and checked according to the instructions. Developer is still active. USB Debugging is still in place. But I just can't get a a second connection. So what the dickens is going on? I need some help? I would like to buy Premium, but not until I get this to work every day, as it should. Thanks........Loy Banks

PS: What's the "root thing". How do I go about that?

While waiting on a reply, I thought I might go ahead and purchase. But each time I click on Pay With PayPal it's immediately going to message......This transaction has expired. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow. So something is wrong guys. Thanks.

I did go to PayPal and had them send $20.00 to pay@airdroid.com account.
