while in web.airdroid.com everything works as expected (including read contact list from phone) it does not in airdroid 3.3.0. my system is windows 10 pro x64. i can send text messages, see all my text messages, call list is loaded fine, i am able to get notifications but contacts do not load. after a while i only get a button to retry it but nothing happens.

Or right click on AirDroid icon > select open file location > logs and exception
