Not working, am I missing something

Cant get it to work (ping just gives me destination host unreachable)

I have tried other apps as well that offer the same functionally and they do the same so I am guessig I need the "magic setting" I have forgot to change in Windows or my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace)

Anything I should be looking out to try

perhaps wrong ip? Some got the same problem...

Have tried static IP address and DHCP switched on either way it does not make any difference
Also have checked the IP is correct and it is
