Messages always shows 2 new.

I started using Airdroid 3 weeks ago. Since then, "Messages" remains at 2 new messages no matter what I do. Even after deleting all of my message threads it still shows 2 new. Any fix for this?

I've just logged into Airdroid for the first time in a few weeks, and I am seeing this. I only have 1 message thread on my phone, and all the messages are read.
Did you ever sort the problem?

No. It has actually gotten worse since I originally posted this. Now instead of 2 new messages it shows 3-4. There has been one update for AirDroid I believe and this did not fix the issue.
