No longer works from V1 to V2 because QR scanning

You used to allow for entering a key instead of QR...but now you ONLY allow
scan of QR code. When pressing 'Scan QR Code' I get a blank black screen!
Did you imbed a QR scanning program for for most tablets or just popular
Smartphones? I have a 7" Android Tablet running 4.0.4 With V1 I always had
to enter a code to get around the QR code scanning problem with my tablet.V

Same problems with cellulars, I have LG Optimus Black with Android v2.3.4 and does the same thing.
I am perplexed as to why someone will release a program like this with sooooooooooooooooo, many bugs.
V 1.1 worked great, except that it has problems with the software LG On Screen that allows me to have full control my phone with my computer.

What the hell is QR Scanning? I just want simplicity, not mishmash of something that used to work great! Now will not connect at all. Gee thanks. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it.
