A lot of phones and tablets still support external SD cards. However, if you manage to fill up the internal memory (identified by Android as mnt/sdcard) then Airdroid tells you the SD card is full while trying to transfer files to the Ext-SD (mnt/sd-ext)
When SD card is full you cannot transfer files to Ext-SD
