web.airdroid wont connect to my S3 - i9300

Hello,
I recently purchased Airdroid premium to use all the features of web.airdroid.com however I am dissapointed due to it not being able to connect to my phone at all. I have tried multiple computers and internet connections but with no luck. Every time I load up web.airdroid it says "Connection Failed"

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 on android version 4.1.2.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Does this happen all the time or just a rare case? Does your device connect to the network? Would you please refresh and try again?

I can only connect via local IP
web.airdroid has never worked for my phone I have tried so many times.
