My phone and PC apps have been on the fritz for more than two weeks now. I could have built a car by hand in that time. Yet support is silent on the issue, that's apparently affecting many users. Submitting report after report does less than nothing. The app was perfect, more or less, until the update to version 3. This silence and delay in fixing the problem is extremely frustrating and does nothing for Airdroid's reputation and standing.
Before this happened I couldn't stop telling people how great Airdroid was and advised them to get it. Now I have to hide from them, just like Airdroid. I am paying for this thing, so yes, I'm pissed!
