I have the same issue. Cannot connect using USB. No devices show up on airdroid list. USB Debugging is ON and cable is connected. PC beeps when I activate USB debugging on phone so I know it's OK. I've tried with App and web. Different USB cables. Using Samsung Galaxy S4 Lollipop.

Hello guys, I would like to share my experience in solving this issue. The key thing that made airmirror finally work was downloading airdroid for desktop, instead of using the chrome app. It worked instantaneously. Before starting the connection, the desktop application said my phone had no root, and suggested me to connect via USB. My phone had already USB active, and in PTP mode. My phone is a galaxy S3 mini, running Android 4.1.2, a little old.

Hello, Im using airdroid a lot, everyday, today I get the message says my bonus is ended, so I shared again, the bonus back everything working except the camera for some reason.. Everything works on the Web.airdroid.com but when I push the camera icon it's immediately show me error message "connection time out please try again"

Hi, would you please open AirDroid account on your phone, and check if the account has become Bonus or not?
If yes, please try it again on web.airdroid.com and see if it works?
If not, please refresh or log in again to update the account status to Bonus account, and then give it another try?

Hi, would you please try AirMirror on PC desktop client to activate AirMirror service with USB debugging, and then try AirMirror again on web.airdroid.com to see if it works?
