Video not working

Installed latest quicktime, videos atart but quickly freeze.

I also can confirm video playback does't work. Audio is running, but the video remains black.

PC Win7
Browser: Chrome 18mobile: Samsung I9001 (SGS+)
Video is from mobile built-in camera recorded (720x480 MP4)
