Failed to connect to device

I went premium specifically for the lost phone functionality. Yet I consistently receive Failed to Connect Messages whenever I test the software to make sure it's working. This is even when we're both on the same LAN.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused.

1. Would you please check the network of your device? You device needs to be connected to the network.


2. Maybe you can wake up your device and try again? There's a possibility that your ROM is a custom one or you have installed some third party apps. They might cut off network connection when device screen goes sleep.
