Delete a Device from the account

Under my account I have a droidx that I traded in and got a new phone a Pantech so there is no way to login to the old app to delete it from my profile and I checked the forums and there is nothing that pertains to this.

Same. I had to return a brand new device because the touchscreen stopped responding normally. I did a factory reset and sent it back. Now I'm stuck with the device in my Airdroid account. Seems stupid that we can't "REMOVE DEVICE" from the web admin.

You can delete the device in this way:


Sign in to http://web.airdroid.com, click "Account", go to "Devices".
Select the device you want to delete and click "X", enter AirDroid password, then click "OK". The device will be deleted immediately.

You mean after factory reset of the new device, the device still connect to your AirDroid account?
