Contacts not loading

I'm with the same problem. Contacts won't load !
Any idea on how to solve this ?

Maybe i can help.
I have uninstalled the version 2.1.0 from my phone (HTC Desire 601)
Then manually install the last version 2.0.9. Then it was ok and i did not install / blocked the update to upgrade to the v.2.1.0.

My contacts don't load. Is there a fix on the way?

Same problem on my HTC One M8... contacts don't load.
All my contacts are gmail contacts synced to my phone.
Airdroid v. 2.1.0
Chrome v. 35.0.1916.153 on Windows7.

Same problem here on my Galaxy Note 2.
Running CyanogenMod 10.2
Android 4.3.1
Chrome 36.0.1985.143
IE 9 (x32 and x64) won't connect at all (lite or full web.airdroid.com)


Because of issues with cell reception, I have to use lite mode most times, and while pictures, videos and ringtones are accessible, contacts, messages, frequents and most other apps don't seem to communicate correctly. I can send SMS by phone number, but it says it failed (even though the phone shows it as sent) Contacts says 'loading...' for a minute or so before just showing 0 contacts.


Please let me know if you need anything else.

Just wanted to add that my contacts are google contacts and I've verified no odd group names (nothing but alpha characters, no special or numbers at all)

And you can disregard my posts. For some reason privacy guard (a feature of Cyanogenmod) was interfering with transferring information from my phone to AirDroid, despite my setting everything to Allow.
Once I turned off Privacy Guard for AirDroid completely, everything started working just fine.

I have just loaded this today and there is a definate issue with the "Contact" mirror. Are you patching anytime soon? It makes it difficullt to send SMS's to new people who you do not have an SMS history with in your device. A new Message for SMS to a "Contact" is not working either.

Go back to running version 2.0.9...works fine.

My contacts are still "Loading" after half an hour...
Is it possible to download 2.0.9 from anywhere?
