Data Usage not resetting

Data Usage not resetting

My Quota says it will
reset in 0 day(s) But has not reset. I also bought the extra 1GB but am not
seeing that added to my account. I really need to use this today. Is there any
way I could get this fixed asap?

Where is all the help? I have sent emails to technical help with no reply. Then I sent emails to Billing and Bug report with no reply. Is there a phone number I can call to actually get a response??
